Installation

Every device on the store can be fitted by a Modo-certified technician. Installation is priced per device and shown next to the product, in your cart and at checkout — nothing is added later.

How it works

1. Add it with the device. Products that need fitting show a Professional installation line with the price. Room kits from the Room Builder include installation for every device that needs it.
2. We call to schedule. Within one working day of your order we confirm a time that suits you, anywhere in the UAE.
3. A technician fits and configures it. Wiring, mounting, pairing to your hub and app, and a walk-through before we leave.
4. Support after. If something stops responding, contact us — we support what we install.

What is covered

• Wall switches, relays and dimmers (existing wiring)
• Curtain, blind and roller-shade motors
• Cameras, doorbells and hubs
• Smart locks, including video smart locks
• Garage door openers and valve controllers

Plug-and-play devices such as sensors, plugs and hubs need no installation and are marked Plug & play on the product page.

Prices

Fitting is charged per device by type. The exact price is shown on every product page and in your cart before you pay, and includes VAT.
